We have low demand, so reduce power supply says Bangladesh to Adani

image Bangladesh promises over Rs 1,450 crore to Adani for uninterrupted power supply

Due to low demand over the winter, Bangladesh, which owes Adani Power $844 million (Rs 7,000 crore) in power dues, has requested that the business cut its electricity supply by almost half.

Additionally, according to the spokeswoman, Adani Power has not received any word from the Bangladeshi government on a possible review of the power purchase agreement.
