Air India has appointed Vikram Dayal to lead its Integrated Operations Control Centre following the resignation of Senior Vice President and IOCC Head Choorah Singh, company sources said on Tuesday. Singh, who assumed the IOCC position in October 2023, has stepped down to explore a role in Ireland, according to these sources. His departure comes months after a DGCA notice named him and two other executives over alleged crew scheduling and rostering lapses in June, the reports noted.
