Bank of Baroda is reportedly at the center of a major data breach, with media reports claiming that sensitive customer and corporate banking information has been compromised. The leaked data allegedly includes Aadhaar numbers, customer names, savings and current account details, loan records, net banking user information, NRI and corporate banking service data, customer support records, and branch/ATM-related information spanning multiple branches across India.
According to these reports, nearly 1TB of this sensitive data has surfaced on the dark web, raising serious concerns about customer privacy and data security.
