Honda launches Activa E, QC1 electric scooters

Honda today announced the release of the Activa, their best-selling scooter, in electric form. The new Honda scooter, called the Activa E, is powered by two Honda Mobile Power Pack e: swappable batteries. The manufacturer of two-wheelers has also declared the arrival of the QC1, a different scooter with a fixed battery.

The National Capital Territory of Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru are the three major Indian cities where the Activa Electric is expected to go on sale in the spring of 2025. Honda will use the Honda Mobile Power Pack e to provide a battery sharing service called Honda e:Swap in these three cities.
