India Hosts Global AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi

India on Monday inaugurated the India AI Impact Summit 2026, a major international gathering focused on shaping the future of artificial intelligence with an emphasis on inclusivity, ethics, and global cooperation. The summit is being held from February 16 to February 20, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in the national capital.

The five-day event has brought together world leaders, policymakers, technology companies, startups, and researchers from more than 45 countries. It is being described as the first large-scale AI summit hosted in the Global South, reflecting India’s growing role in global technology governance.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed delegates, stating that the summit represents a shared commitment to ensuring AI development remains human-centric and beneficial to society. The event is expected to focus on bridging the gap between developed and developing nations in AI adoption, promoting responsible governance, and encouraging innovation that supports livelihoods.

Several global leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron, Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, and UN Secretary-General António Guterres, are attending alongside senior executives from major technology firms such as Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, and Zoom.

This venue is also hosting the AI Impact Expo, showcasing AI applications in sectors like agriculture, healthcare, education, and public services.

  • Go to the summit’s official portal:
    Register for the Summit
  • Click “Register Now” on the homepage.
  • Select “Register as Delegate.”
  • Fill in:
    • Personal details (name, contact info, ID)
    • Professional credentials
  • Upload a passport-size photo and verify your email via OTP.
  • After approval, you receive a QR code confirmation for entry.

  • By downloading the India AI Impact Summit mobile app and applying there.

Registration Fees

  • General summit registration: Free of charge.
  • Some premium expo delegate passes (for networking perks) may have paid options.
