Nippon Steel’s ₹1.4 Lakh Crore Investment to Transform Andhra Pradesh’s Industrial Horizon

During his visit to the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced a significant Rs 1.4 lakh crore investment by ArcelorMittal/Nippon Steel for a 17.8-million-ton integrated steel project in Anakapalli.

Naidu shared on X, “Had a productive meeting with the Executive Chairman of @AMNSIndia, Lakshmi N. Mittal, and CEO Mr. Aditya Mittal, in Davos today. ArcelorMittal/Nippon Steel has made a monumental investment of Rs 1.4 lakh crore for a 17.8-million-ton integrated steel project in Anakapalli. This is among the largest greenfield projects in recent history! #InvestInAP”
