Due to low demand over the winter, Bangladesh, which owes Adani Power $844 million (Rs 7,000 crore) in power dues, has requested that the business cut its electricity supply by almost half.

Additionally, according to the spokeswoman, Adani Power has not received any word from the Bangladeshi government on a possible review of the power purchase agreement.
