In a major consolidation move within Coca-Cola’s bottling ecosystem in India, Kandhari Global Beverages — one of the company’s leading bottling partners — has acquired the bottling operations of Wave Beverages for approximately ₹1,000 crore, according to sources familiar with the deal.
Varinder Pal Singh Kandhari, Managing Director of Kandhari Global, confirmed the acquisition. The deal enables Kandhari Global to take over Wave Beverages’ bottling territories in select regions of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, bolstering its footprint across northern and western India as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
