Please elaborate on your experience
I am an ex-banker with over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial Industry, having worked in wholesale, corporate banking, personal finance as well as wealth management. I started my career with Max New York Life Insurance and moved to the State Bank of India credit Card division. Then I worked with the ICICI Bank and Global Operations, and later moved to the Kotak Mahindra Bank. I ended my corporate career with the Standard Chartered Bank.
What motivated you to become a wealth Accelerator coach?
Even though there are a lot of people making a good amount of money these days, only a few of them know how to use it correctly. This was always a factor which troubled me, as despite making a lot of money, people were not able to save, grow, invest, multiply or create multiple sources of income. This is how and where I started my career as a Wealth Accelerator Coach
After having done a considerable amount of research, I started educating myself and I designed my program. And during the COVID period I launched my coaching company called Wealth Accelerator Hub. And since then, I have trained more than 60,000 people, where more than 2000 are my clients. I call them As Wealth Accelerator community Members. I’m basically a financial educator who empowers people about money and wealth, and provides opportunities to grow and network.
So what do you actually do?
In this era of money controlling our lives, I am providing help and teaching how to control your money and enjoy your life to the fullest. My goal is not to be better than anyone else but to be better than who I used to be. So I apply this mantra everywhere. I Love to talk about the Spiritual Laws of money, that is, the affirmation and manifestation you do subconsciously; How the universe can help you to grow wealth. Magic might not be real but the power of soul is, indeed. Thereby, I am not just a mentor but a stepping stone for everyone who can accept me as a teacher.
I help people to learn about the money management blueprint. This blueprint is a detailed, yet brief study into why something is happening in your life the way it is happening, why you are not able to save money, and why every time you end up taking loans. And most importantly, why people are accumulating several loans.
I start off with a three day workshop, where mostly all of my students come after attending my free webinar. So we have a basic level course, an advanced level course, and that is how people start creating multiple sources of income, learning from the different sources. All in all, I think what I really do is educate people about how they can transform their life in terms of money and wealth. I have designed 7 Steps of Financial Planning which optimize the Wealth you have. I help people to take control of their money and enjoy a life of Freedom and abundance.
Also, I am working towards building a community of entrepreneurs, money managers, wealth and health coaches. I have also written 2 books namely – Wealth Mastery and 108 Wealth Accelerator Journal.
Plans going down the lane?
In the next three to five years, I’m expecting that we will be growing maybe five to ten times our current capacity, and reaching out to at least 20,000 clients. I am also looking forward to growing my YouTube channel named – Wealthysandeep . Also, I am planning to conduct webinars and seminars in management and engineering colleges, where students will be entering into corporate careers in the next few years.

How often do you conduct classes/ workshops?
I do 3 Days classes and Sunday special classes for a minimum value of 99 or sometimes for free.
